What is the cost range of your homes?

 

Our homes range from the low $600,000′s to over 2 Million dollars.  We have home flor plans starting as low as $250 per square foot under roof. We also welcome or will provide custom home plans in excess of $300,000. Our experienced builders can construct your plan with our exceptional Milco LLC standard specifications that exceed most builder's option specifications.

I’m looking for a custom home, but I don’t own land. Can I still go with Milco LLC?

 

We build exclusively on our customers’ home sites. If you don’t yet have a site for your home, you can still choose your Milco LLC home design, visit our office, meet our team, and start making plans for construction for as soon as you secure the land.

 

What are my financing options?

 

Milco LLC works with a wide range of lenders, all with money to lend and many lending programs to suite most people with good credit or you are welcome to use the lender of your choice.
